信息技术的广泛应用使得新闻传播速度越来越快,任何事件在发生之后都会以最快的速度被传播到网上。微博作为一种新兴社交媒介,拥有数以亿计的海量用户。人们习惯在微博上查看生活中发生的大小事,很多重要的舆情事件也第一时间在微博爆发,微博成为人们及时关注社会事件的重要应用。很多重要事件的发生会引发一系列的舆论讨论,对于微博上舆情信息的采集就成为了了解民意、解决事件的重要方式。笔者主要从舆情的概念、特点入手,对舆情采集系统进行分析。

The wide application of information technology makes news spread faster and faster,and any event will be spread to the internet at the fastest speed after it occurs.As a new social media,weibo has hundreds of millions of users.People are used to seeing big and small events in life on Weibo.Many important public opinion events also broke out on weibo for the first time.Weibo has become people.Pay attention to important applications of social events in time.The occurrence of many important events will trigger a series of public opinion discussions,and the collection of public opinion information on weibo has become an important way to understand public opinion and resolve incidents.This article mainly starts with the concept and characteristics of public opinion,analyzes the public opinion collection system.
