气相色谱法同时测定洁白胶囊中丁香酚、土木香内酯及异土木香内酯含量

Simultaneous Determination of Eugenol,Alantolactone and Isoalantolactone in Jiebai Capsules by GC

目的建立同时测定洁白胶囊中丁香酚、土木香内酯及异土木香内酯含量的气相色谱法。方法色谱柱为HP-INNOWAX柱(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),载气为高纯度氮,流速为2.0 m L/min,检测器为火焰离子化检测器,进样口温度为260℃,检测器温度为280℃,分流比为5∶1,进样量为1μL,程序升温。结果丁香酚、土木香内酯、异土木香内酯质量浓度分别在23.46~469.2μg/m L、16.27~325.4μg/m L、17.88~346.6μg/m L范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r>0.99,n=5);精密度、稳定性、重复性试验的RSD均小于1.0%(n=6);平均加样回收率分别为98.95%,96.86%,97.34%,RSD分别为0.54%,0.72%,0.88%(n=9)。结论该方法简单、准确、重复性好,可用于同时测定洁白胶囊中丁香酚、土木香内酯、异土木香内酯的含量。

Objective To establish a gas chromatography(GC)method for simultaneous determination of eugenol,alantolactone and isoalantolactone in Jiebai Capsules.Methods The chromatographic column was HP-INNOWAX column(30 m×0.32 mm,0.5μm),the carrier gas was nitrogen,the flow rate was 2.0 m L/min,the detector was flame ionization detector(FID),the temperature of the injection port was 260℃,the temperature of the detector was 280℃,the split ratio was 5∶1,the injection volume was 1μL,and the temperature was programmed.Results Eugenol,alantolactone and isoalantolactone showed a good linear relationship in the ranges of 23.46-469.2μg/m L,16.27-325.4μg/m L and 17.88-346.6μg/m L(r>0.99,n=5),respectively.The RSDs of precision,stability and repeatability tests were less than 1.0%(n=6).The average recoveries of eugenol,alantolactone and isoalantolactone were98.95%,96.86%and 97.34%with RSDs of 0.54%,0.72%and 0.88%(n=9),respectively.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate and reproducible,which can be used for the simultaneous determination of eugenol,alantolactone and isoalantolactone in Jiebai Capsules.
