摘要
提出了碳中和背景下清洁供热专项规划的技术路线,并结合青岛市河套街道实际情况展开规划编制的研究,对能源资源禀赋、热源、热网等进行了分析讨论,规划了“垃圾焚烧热电联产+风能+太阳能+地热能+储能能源调峰”的清洁供热思路,并协同电力、燃气等进行专业规划。
This paper put forward the technical route of the special planning of clean heating under the background of carbon neutralization,studied the planning in combination with the actual situation of Hetao Street in Qingdao,and analyzed and discussed the energy resource endowment,heat source and heat network,planned the clean heating idea of"waste incineration cogeneration+wind energy+solar energy+geothermal energy+energy storage energy peak shaving",and coordinated profes-sional planning with electric power,gas,etc.
