摘要
SCR脱硝反应器是整个脱硝系统的核心,在部分倾斜式反应器顶盖设计中,顶盖末端与整流格栅留有间隙,间隙较小,通常其对脱硝性能的影响未能引起重视。针对SCR脱硝反应器顶盖与整流格栅存在间隙的情况下反应器内的烟气流场进行了分析,并提出了针对性优化方案,以消除顶盖间隙对脱硝带来的不利影响。
SCR denitration reactor is the core of the whole denitration system.In some design of the top cover of inclined reactor,there is a gap between the end of the top cover and the rectifier.The gap distance is small,and the influence on the denitration performance is usually not paid attention to.This paper analyzed the flow field in the reactor when there was a gap between the top cover of the reactor and the rectifier,and put forward the corresponding optimization plan to eliminate the adverse effects of the top cover gap on the denitration.
