摘要
为了解决回坡底煤矿1010综采工作面顶板破碎严重的问题,通过数值模拟分析了断层条件下工作面推进过程中顶板的受力情况,确定了顶板的最大垂直应力值,然后计算了液压支架的工作阻力及初撑力,确定使用ZY 4600-18/37型液压支架控制工作面顶板的变形。工程应用效果良好,顶板稳定且支架无倾倒现象。
In order to solve the problem of serious roof fracture in 1010 fully mechanized mining face of Huipodi Coal Mine,this paper analyzed the force of the roof during the advancement of the working face under fault conditions by numerical simulation,determined the maximum vertical stress value of the roof,and then calculated the working resistance and initial support force of hydraulic supports.It was determined to use the ZY 4600-18/37 hydraulic support to maintain the deformation of the roof of the working face.The engineering application effect was good,the roof was stable,and the support did not fall.
