采煤机生产故障的成因与处理研究

Study on Causes and Treatment of Shearer Production Faults

随着煤矿开采技术的发展,煤矿开采已经全部实现了机械化。在煤矿机械化中,采煤机是非常重要的设备,对煤矿开采的效率有着十分重要的影响。然而,由于煤矿恶劣的环境和长时间高负荷运行,采煤机不可避免地出现各种故障。通过分析煤矿采煤机生产过程中的一些常见故障成因,探讨了采煤机故障的处理方法,以期为煤矿采煤机故障的处理提供一定的参考。

With the development of coal mining technology,coal mining has been fully mechanized.In coal mine mechanization,shearer is a very important equipment,which has a very important impact on the efficiency of coal mining.However,due to the bad environment and long-time high load operation in coal mines,various faults of shearer are inevitable.By analyzing the causes of some common faults in the production process of coal mine shearer,this paper discussed the treatment methods of shearer faults,in order to provide some reference for the treatment of coal mine shearer faults.
