煤矿在用水环真空泵性能参数检测和分析

摘要 为了科学掌握水环真空泵运行情况,准确评估水环真空泵运行状态,介绍了煤矿在用水环真空泵气量、吸入压力、排出压力、转速、轴功率和等温压缩效率、供水量及供水压力、温度、环境空气压力和相对湿度、振动、噪声等性能参数的检测方法,将检测数据换算到规定条件下,并分析了主要检测结果,为矿井瓦斯抽采系统安全运行提供科学保障。 In order to scientifically grasp the operation of water ring vacuum pumps and accurately evaluate the operation state of water ring vacuum pumps,this paper introduced the detection methods of performance parameters of water ring vacuum pumps in coal mine,such as gas volume,suction pressure,discharge pressure,rotating speed,shaft power and isothermal compression efficiency,water supply volume and pressure,temperature,ambient air pressure and relative humidity,vibration and noise,con-verted the test data to the specified conditions,and analyzed the main test results,which can provide scientific guarantee for the safe operation of the mine gas drainage system.
