摘要
针对吕梁山煤电井下巷道现状,提出了一种新的井下高位水力压裂切顶方案。对高位水力压裂切顶方案的设计、施工设备、施工要点及应用效果进行了分析。实际应用表明,优化后巷道顶底板最大移近量降低了约20%,巷道顶板最大下沉量降低了约40%,巷道两帮最大移近量降低了约52%,显著提升了煤矿井下综采作业的安全性。
Aiming at the status of underground roadways in Lvliangshan Coal Electricity Mine Co.,Ltd.,a new underground high-level hydraulic fracturing roof cutting scheme was proposed.This paper analyzed the design,construction equipment,key construction points and application effects of the high-level hydraulic fracturing roof cutting scheme.Practical application shows that after optimization,the maximum approach of the roof and floor of the roadway has been reduced by about 20%,the maximum roof subsidence of the roadway has been reduced by about 40%,and the maximum approach of the two sides of the roadway has been reduced by about 52%,which has significantly improved the safety of fully mechanized mining operations in the under-ground coal mine.
