同忻矿快速定量装车系统智能化改造及应用 被引量:3

摘要 为了提升同忻矿快速定量装车系统自动化控制水平、提升系统运行效率,在对装车系统给料系统、溜槽结构及称重系统改造的基础上,采用PLC冗余设计、射频识别技术、二维码技术及一键启停技术对矿井快速定量装车系统进行了智能化改造,并进行了现场应用。对同忻矿快速定量装车系统智能化改造及应用进行了探讨。结果表明,智能化改造完成后的装车系统运行效率较改造前提升30%以上,作业人员减少2/3,自动化、智能化控制程度高,改造效果显著。 In order to improve the automatic control level and operation efficiency of the rapid quantitative loading system in Tongxin Coal Mine,based on the transformation of the feeding system,chute structure and weighing system of the loading system,the intelligent transformation of the rapid quantitative loading system of the coal mine was carried out by using PLC redundancy design,radio frequency identification technology,two-dimensional code technology and one key start and stop technology,and the field application was carried out.This paper discussed the intelligent transformation and application of rapid quantitative loading system in Tongxin Coal Mine.The results show that the working efficiency of the loading system after the intelligent transformation is more than 30%higher than that before the transformation,the operators are reduced by 2/3,the degree of automation and intelligent control is high,and the transformation effect is remarkable.
