摘要
为了加强矿井瓦斯事故应急管理体系的建立,基于“4R”理论对管理体系中的12个三级指标进行了计算分析,对计算结果中较差的缩减力和恢复力方面给出了针对性意见,以加强矿井的瓦斯事故应急管理能力。
In order to strengthen the establishment of the emergency management system of mine gas accidents,this paper cal-culated and analyzed 12 three-level indicators in the management system based on the"4R"theory,and gave targeted suggestions on the poor reduction force and recovery force in the calculation results,so as to strengthen the emergency management ability of mine gas accidents.
