基于加权TOPSIS的高校科研成果评价及案例研究

Evaluation and Model Research of Scientific ResearchAchievements in Universities Based on Weighted TOPSIS Method

关于高校科研成果评价的研究工作一直以来备受大家重视,该研究工作的核心问题是评价指标体系的构建及评价方法的选择。以某工科院校的4个学院科研成果为研究对象,首先采用平衡计分卡对该校科研评价指标体系进行设计,构建了包含科研经费、科研成果、科研实力、科研交流与人才培养为指标的评价指标体系。然后运用加权TOPSIS法对4个学院科研成果综合实力进行最终排序,获得了4个学院科研成果优劣的排名表。

The research on the evaluation of scientific research achievements in colleges and universities has been paid much attention.The core problem of this research is the construction of evaluation index system and the selection of evaluation methods.In this paper,we take the evaluation of scientific research achievements of the four schools of an engineering academy as the research object.Firstly,the evaluation index system of scientific research is be designed by the balanced scorecard.And an evaluation index system including scientific research funds,scientific research achievements,scientific research strength,scientific research exchange and talent training is constructed.Then,the weighted TOPSIS method is used to rank the comprehensive strength of the scientific research achievements of the four colleges,and the rankings of the scientific research achievements of the four colleges were obtained.
