摘要 免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)是一种常见的获得性自身免疫出血性疾病,尤其是生育年龄的女性,该群体的血小板减少会给正常的月经和妊娠生理状态带来很多困扰,更会导致严重出血的风险增加。宫腔镜作为一种常用的检查手段,可以有效地诊断出ITP疾病引起异常子宫出血(AUB)的原因。但是目前仍然存在以下缺点:1)检查结果非常依赖于医师的个人水平;2)医师阅片时间长、检查效率低;3) ITP并不是一种常见的疾病,缺乏经验丰富的医师。针对以上问题以宫腔镜图像为研究对象,以GAN-SVM网络和图像熵理论为技术方法,展开了基于GAN-SVM网络和图像熵理论ITP女性AUB的宫腔镜辅助诊断方法的研究。并采用来自于江西省人民医院妇产科和血液内科的临床数据展开实验论证与分析。实验结果为平均准确率到达97. 92%、平均回归率到达96. 25%、平均精确度到达97. 47%以及平均F1-Score到达96. 86%,论证了该方法确实有效地辅助医师对ITP女性患者的宫腔镜结果进行筛查,大大提升了筛查效率。并且弥补了阳性病例数量不足,可以为ITP女性AUB的研究提供更多参考资料。 Immune thrombocytopenia(ITP)is a common acquired autoimmune hemorrhagic disorder,especially in women of reproductive age.Thrombocytopenia in this group can bring a lot of trouble to the normal menstrual and pregnancy physiology,and can lead to an increased risk of severe bleeding.Hysteroscopy,as a common means of examination,can effectively diagnose the cause of abnormal uterine bleeding(AUB)caused by ITP disease.However,there are still the following shortcomings:1)the examination results are very dependent on the individual level of the physician;2)Long reading time and low examination efficiency;3)ITP is not a common disease and experienced physicians are lacking.In view of the above problems,this paper takes hysteroscopy images as the research object and takes GAN-SVM network and image entropy theory as the technical method to carry out the research on hysteroscopy ITP assisted diagnosis method based on GAN-SVM network and image entropy theory.The clinical data from Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and Hematology of Nanchang People's Hospital of Jiangxi Province were used to carry out experimental demonstration and analysis.The experimental results showed that the average accuracy rate was 97.92%,the average recovery rate was 96.25%,the average accuracy was 97.47%,and the average F1-score was 96.86%,demonstrating that this method was indeed effective in assisting physicians to screen the hysteroscopy results of female patients with ITP,and greatly improving the screening efficiency.In addition,it makes up for the lack of positive cases,which can provide more reference materials for ITP research.
