摘要
目的:通过改革医院原有的考核体系,建立一套公平合理、科学可靠的人才评价指标体系,促进形成公正公平的二次分配机制。方法:采用文献研究法、问卷调查法、专家论证法和层次分析法确立考核的具体指标。结果:经研究论证初步形成一套对医院业务部门进行综合考核的制度体系。结论:深化医改背景下,建立规范化、制度化、精细化的医院管理体系,可激发医务人员的工作热情,激励员工的积极性和创造性。
Objective:Through the reform of the original assessment system in the hospital,a fair,reasonable,scientific and reliable talent evaluation index system was established to promote the formation of a fair and equitable secondary distribution mechanism.Methods:Document research method,questionnaire survey method,expert consultation method and analytic hierarchy process were used to establish specific indicators for assessment.Result:After research and demonstration,a system of comprehensive assessment of hospital business departments has been initially formed.Conclusion:Under the background of deepening the medical reform,a standardized,institutionalized,and refined hospital management system can stimulate the enthusiasm of medical staff and encourage the enthusiasm and creativity of employees.
