我国创伤中心的信息化建设探索与应用(综述)

Exploration and Applicationof Informatization Construction of Trauma Centers in China(Summary)

随着近年来各类自然灾害和交通事故频发,创伤已成为危害国民健康的主要问题之一。创伤救护不同于一般疾病,往往涉及到全身诸多脏器,对救护时间与医疗水平要求极高,多级创伤中心的建立对于及时有效救治创伤病人发挥了重要作用。目前国内多数创伤中心的信息化建设仍处于探索阶段,在一定程度上制约了中心医疗救治水平的提升,因此健全完善创伤中心的信息化体系显得尤为重要。

With the frequent occurrence of various natural disasters and traffic accidents in recent years,trauma has become one of the most important problems endangering national health.Different from general diseases,trauma rescue often involves many organs of the whole body and has high requirements for rescue time and medical level.The establishment of multi-level trauma center plays a key role in timely and effective treatment of trauma patients.At present,the information construction of most trauma centers in China is still in the exploratory stage,which partly restricts the improvement of the medical treatment level of the center.Therefore,it is particu-larly important to improve the information construction system of trauma centers.
