进气支管对航空活塞发动机进气性能的影响

摘要 为了提升某型航空活塞式发动机的进气性能,本文构建了一维发动机整机仿真模型,并耦合了进气系统的三维计算模型,研究了进气歧管结构参数变化对发动机进气性能的影响。研究结果表明:当发动机转速为5500r/min、节气门开度为65%时,随着支管长度的增加,发动机各缸平均进气量呈现先增大后减小的趋势,每循环各缸平均进气量最大增加32.075mg,同比增长9.53%。同时,在进气量最大时,与原型机相比,各缸进气均匀性和整机均匀性也有所提升,且改进前后整机进气均匀性提升了23.56%。 In order to improve the intake performance of an aero piston engine,a one-dimensional engine simulation model is built,and the three-dimensional calculation model of intake system is coupled to study the influence of intake manifold structure parameters on the intake performance of the engine.The results show that:when the engine speed is 5500r/min and the throttle opening is 65%,with the increase of the length of the branch pipe,the average air intake of each cylinder first increases and then decreases,and the maximum average air intake of each cylinder in each cycle increases by 32.075mg,with a year-on-year increase of 9.53%.At the same time,when the air intake is the largest,the air intake uniformity of each cylinder and the whole machine are also improved compared with the original machine,and the air intake uniformity of the whole machine is improved by 23.56%before and after the improvement.
