摘要
散热性能优良的冷却系统对柴油机动力性、可靠性的提升有着重要的影响[1],为深入了解冷却系统在冷却过程中的具体细节,冷却水套内的流动问题已是重要研究课题[2],独立对冷却水套进行研究不足以了解整个冷却系统的匹配问题和冷却能力,因此在原水套模型基础上增添一个冷却水泵模型,构成水泵-水套联合模型进行分析。本文搭建某型柴油机水泵-水套联合分析模型,采用多重参考模型(MRF)对其冷却系统进行分析。
The cooling system with excellent heat dissipation performance has an important impact on the improvement of engine power and reliability.In order to deeply understand the specific details of the cooling system in the cooling process,the flow problem in the cooling water jacket has become an important research topic.Independent research on the cooling water jacket is not enough to understand the matching problem and cooling capacity of the whole cooling system,Therefore,a cooling water pump model is added to the raw water jacket model to form a water pump inlet model for analysis.In this paper,an analysis model of water pump inlet of a diesel engine is built,and its cooling system is analyzed by MRF calculation method.
