摘要
在传统的生产加工方案中,批量零件的生产过程中存在连续装夹、校正和精确定位、CNC刀片损坏、检查和离线检查等问题,效率低,矫正偏差大,生产加工一致性差,存在一定的人为因素安全隐患。针对以上问题,本文结合实际零件,根据机床设备系统软件的特点,开发设计了数控车床的计算机操作系统,并利用宏程序和测头完成产品工件的自动测量和自动生产加工,从而降低员工劳动强度,提高生产加工的高效率,提高零件加工质量,为批量零件的生产加工提供了合理的途径和参考。
In the traditional production and processing plan,there are some problems in the production process of batch parts,such as continuous clamping,calibration and precise positioning,CNC blade damage,inspection and off-line inspection,etc.,there are some hidden dangers of human factors.In view of the above problems,this paper develops and designs the computer operating system of the numerical control lathe combining with the actual parts and according to the characteristics of the machine tool equipment system software,and the use of macro-procedures and probes to complete the automatic measurement of product workpiece and automatic production processing,thereby reducing the Labor intensity of employees,improving the efficiency of production and processing,and improving the quality of parts processing,it provides a reasonable way and reference for the production and processing of batch parts.
