摘要
数控加工技术是指利用程序控制的自动化机床进行构件加工的工艺。随着相关技术不断发展,数控加工自动化、集中化、柔性化的优势使其在制造领域得到广泛应用。数控加工技术的优势有机械模具结构相对复杂、生产总量较少、对精度要求高的特点。以机械模具的结构特征为基础,分析数控加工技术工艺规划、数控编程、仿真验证等具体应用方法与要点。
CNC machining technology refers to the use of automatic machine tool program control component processing process.With the continuous development of related technologies,nc machining automation,centralized,flexible advantages make it widely used in the manufacturing field.The advantages of CNC machining technology are relatively complex structure of mechanical die,less total production,high precision requirements.Based on the structural characteristics of mechanical die,the specific application methods and key points of NC machining technology such as process planning,NC programming and simulation verification are analyzed.
