Common Trouble Analysis of AHV364 Vibrator Pneumatic system

AHV364可控震源气路系统虽然在可控震源系统中占有比例不大,但其对可控震源振动性能和行车发挥着关键作用。因气路系统部件大多裸露且长期运转,所以经过一定使用期后难免会出现各种故障现象。其常见故障通常表现为系统气压低、挂钩气缸不能正常开启、定心气囊压力不足、平板隔振气囊气压不足。本文参照气路系统原理图,并结合实践经验,针对AHV364型可控震源气路系统常见气路故障进行了分类汇总和深入详细的分析,并给出了排除故障的方法及使用保养建议,以供同行借鉴。

Although the AHV364 vibrator Pneumatic system occupies a small proportion in the vibrator system,it plays a key role in the vibration performance and driving of the vibrator system.Because most of the components of the Pneumatic system are exposed and long-term operation,so after a certain period of use will inevitably appear a variety of failures.Its common faults are usually characterized by low system air pressure,the hook cylinder can not be opened properly,the air pressure of the mass suspension airbag is insufficient,the isolation airbag air pressure is insufficient.Referring to the engine structure principle and working principle,and combined with practical experience,this paper summarizes and analyzes in details the common faults of the AHV364 vibrator Pneumatic system,and gives the method of troubleshooting and the maintenance recommendations for peers′troubleshooting.
