In the process of welding mixed circuit board,good process technology is the key to ensure its welding quality and later application effect.Based on this,this paper analyzes the process technology in the welding process of mixed circuit board,including the preparation before welding,the reasonable selection of welding methods,the design of welding process and specific welding procedures,so as to ensure the application effect of mixed circuit board.
