现代冲压模具在机械零件加工中的应用研究

摘要 随着“中国制造2025”计划的提出,我国机械加工行业进入发展的黄金时期,机械零件加工精度越来越高,传统加工方法已经很难满足社会发展需求,现代冲压模具逐渐得到了机械加工企业的青睐。冲压模具可以解决一些精密零部件加工需求,对一些内部结构复杂、精度要求比较高的零部件进行直接压膜,在提升生产效率的同时保证加工精度,促进我国机械制造企业技术升级,为我国制造业转型增添助力。 With the proposal of"Made in China 2025"plan,China's machining industry has entered a golden period of development,machining precision of mechanical parts is getting higher and higher,traditional processing methods have been difficult to meet the needs of social development,modern stamping die has gradually been favored by machining enterprises.Stamping die can solve the processing needs of some precision parts,direct pressing film for some parts with complex internal structure and high accuracy requirements,improve production efficiency while ensuring processing accuracy,promote the technological upgrading of China's machinery manufacturing enterprises,and add power to the transformation of China's manufacturing industry.
