摘要
在机械零件加工过程中,因为刀具磨损、机床误差、操作误差等因素,导致零件的几何精度受到影响,进而降低了机床加工的整体质量。零件的加工精度会受到不同因素的干扰与影响,因此需要通过对加工工艺的优化与完善,以此提高加些零件加工的精度,确保零件精度达到要求标准,有效降低机械加工与零件应用过程中产生问题的概率。本文即通过分析影响机械加工精度的主要因素,进而提出提升加工精度的注意事项与工艺措施。
In the process of mechanical parts processing,because of tool wear,machine tool error,operation error and other factors,resulting in parts of the geometric accuracy is affected,and then reduce the overall quality of machine tool processing.The machining accuracy of parts will be disturbed and affected by different factors,so it is necessary to optimize and improve the processing technology to improve the machining accuracy of some parts,ensure that the accuracy of parts meets the required standards,and effectively reduce the probability of problems in the process of machining and parts application.In this paper,by analyzing the main factors affecting the machining accuracy,the attention and process measures to improve the machining accuracy are put forward.
