摘要 目前我国缺乏燃汽轮机热部件寿命的检查技术。针对当前热部件运行情况,需要合理的对其寿命进行评估。但在现实生活中很难进行实际的运行寿命评估,所以在对燃汽轮机热部件进行分析时,要根据影响寿命的主要原因进行情况分析。本文通过对燃汽轮机热部件的损耗情况,针对相应的计算模型提出计算方法,从而建立专用的热部件监测系统,以此来评估部件的寿命。通过对影响部件寿命的主要因素进行分析,运用常用的分析方法,针对等效运行时间分析法实现对热部件寿命进行评估。旨在为燃气轮机运行提供基础,帮助相关人员评估工作的展开。 Currently there is a lack of inspection technology for the life of gas turbine hot-end components in China.According to the current operating condition of hot parts,it is necessary to evaluate their service life reasonably.However,it is difficult to evaluate the service life in real life,so when analyzing the thermal components of gas turbine,we should analyze the main reasons which affect the service life.In this paper,according to the loss of thermal components of gas turbine,a calculation method is proposed according to the corresponding calculation model,and a special monitoring system for thermal components is established to evaluate the life of components.Based on the analysis of the main factors affecting the life of hot parts,the life of hot parts is evaluated by using the analysis method of equivalent running time.The purpose is to provide a basis for gas turbine operation and help relevant personnel to carry out the evaluation work.
