摘要
汽车白车身门盖件材料较薄、易变性等因素易产生焊接问题,提升汽车焊装线的自动化、智能化水平来改善门盖焊接质量成为重要渠道。本文基于SEW变频器的集成系统在门盖焊接线的应用进行分析,结合SEW变频器、PLC控制器、智能焊接机器人等硬件优势,对门盖电气控制系统和集成系统HMI界面设计进行研究,完成门盖焊接电气控制柜、SEW变频器硬件设计和HMI人机界面平台开发。门盖焊接线集成系统自动化、智能化水平高,能够降低焊接劳动强度、改善门盖焊接质量,对集成化汽车焊装线设计具有一定的借鉴意义。
Welding problems are easy to occur due to thin material and variability of door cover parts of automobile body in white.Therefore,it has become an important channel to improve the welding quality of door cover by improving the automation and intelligence of automobile welding line.This paper analyzes the application of integrated system based on sew frequency converter in door cover welding line.Combined with the hardware advantages of sew frequency converter,PLC controller and intelligent welding robot,this paper studies the HMI interface design of door cover electrical control system and integrated system,and completes the hardware design of door cover welding electrical control cabinet,sew frequency converter and the development of HMI man-machine interface platform.The door cover welding line integration system has a high level of automation and intelligence,which can reduce the welding labor intensity and improve the door cover welding quality.It has a certain reference significance for the design of integrated automobile welding line.
