现代学徒制在高职新能源汽车技术专业的应用

Application of Modern Apprenticeship System in New Energy Vehicle Technology Major in Higher Vocational Colleges

现代学徒制是我国教育部于2014年提出的一项以校企合作为核心,旨在深化产教融合,完善职业教育育人机制,提升职业教育育人水平的人才培养模式。在高职新能源汽车技术专业中引入现代学徒制尤为必要,其能实现校企资源的深度结合,也能助力学生专业能力提升。本文就现代学徒制在高职新能源汽车技术专业中的运用展开论述,从以下五个点入手,以期能为更多教育工作者提供有价值的借鉴。

Modern apprenticeship is a talent training model proposed by the Ministry of education in 2014,which focuses on school enterprise cooperation,aims to deepen the integration of industry and education,improve the educational mechanism of vocational education and improve the educational level of vocational education.It is particularly necessary to introduce modern apprenticeship into the new energy vehicle technology major in higher vocational colleges,which can not only realize the in-depth combination of school and enterprise resources,but also help students improve their professional ability.This paper discusses the application of modern apprenticeship system in New Energy Vehicle Technology Specialty in higher vocational colleges,starting from the following five points,in order to provide valuable reference for more educators.
