摘要
荧光纳米材料及血管荧光成像技术的研究应用已引起人们的广泛关注。然而,现有的荧光材料功能化修饰复杂、合成过程耗时长且产品收率低。因此,基于氮化碳具有优异的光致发光性能、低毒性、良好的生物相容性及卓越的发光性能。设计了一种石墨相氮化碳材料,利用X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜对其结构进行了表征,通过紫外可见漫反射光谱和荧光光谱研究了其光学性质,表明其具有良好的光学性能。通过细胞毒性评估以及共聚焦细胞荧光成像,表明其具有较低的生物毒性和较好的细胞荧光效果,显示了其在生物成像应用领域有着较大的应用潜能。
Nowadays,the research and application of fluorescent nanomaterials and vascular fluorescence imaging technology have attracted extensive attention of researchers.However,the existing fluorescent materials have complex functional modification,time-consuming synthesis process and low yield.Therefore,based on carbon nitride excellent photoluminescence properties,low toxicity,good biocompatibility and excellent luminescent properties,this work designed a kind of graphite carbon nitride materials,using X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscope to its structure characterization,was studied by UV-vis diffuse reflection spectrum and fluorescence spectrum its optical properties,shows its good optical performance.The results of cytotoxicity assessment and confocal cell fluorescence imaging experiments show that it has low biotoxicity and good cell fluorescence effect,which shows that it has great application potential in the field of biological imaging.
