“卓越教师计划”下小学教育专业书香班级建设的探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Construction of Literary Class in Primary Education Major Based on the“Excellent Teacher Training Plan”

卓越教师培养计划是教育部近年来提出的一项重大举措。在卓越教师培养计划下如何培养卓越小学教师,给各院校小学教育专业学生的素养提升途径和载体提出了新的要求。文章主要通过以“悦读经典,书香致远”系列活动为品牌进行班级文化建设,怎么引领学生悦读经典将是书香班级建设中的核心问题。班级通过营造经典书香氛围、开展“经典书香”特色活动、进联谊小学开展阅读指导和教学实践活动,让学生将经典内化于心、实践于行,进而涵养学生的社会主义价值观,提升学生的师德修养、知识素养、人文素养和能力素养。

The Excellent Teacher Training Plan is a major measure put forward by the Ministry of Education in recent years.How to cultivate excellent primary school teachers based on the training plan poses new requirements for the way and carrier of improving primary education quality in colleges.This article discusses the class culture construction mainly through a series of reading classics activities.How to guide students to read classics will be the core issue in the construction of literary class.By creating a classic literary atmosphere,carrying out classic literary activities and implementing reading guidance and teaching practice activities with primary schools,it lets students internalize the classics,which cultivates students'socialist values and improves students'ethics,knowledge,humanistic and ability quality.
