多学科协作支持的综合护理干预对慢性脑供血不足致头晕患者的临床疗效影响

The Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention Supported by Multidisciplinary Collaboration on the Clinical Effect of Patients with Dizziness Caused by Chronic Cerebral Insufficiency

目的探析多学科协作支持的综合护理干预对慢性脑供血不足致头晕病人的临床疗效及对改善焦虑情绪的影响价值。方法纳入慢性脑供血不足致头晕病人78例为研究对象,病人就诊时间2018年2月至2020年2月。78例慢性脑供血不足致头晕病人根据信封法分为干预Ⅰ组和干预Ⅱ组。干预Ⅰ组(39例)病人接受常规护理干预,干预Ⅱ组(39例)病人接受多学科协作支持的综合护理干预。探析两组头晕症状控制优良率、汉密顿焦虑量表HAMA评分。结果干预Ⅱ组头晕症状控制优良率为94.87%,明显高于干预Ⅰ组的74.36%,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05);护理1个月后,干预Ⅱ组汉密顿焦虑量表HAMA评分值(6.64±0.13)分,明显低于干预Ⅰ组的(10.74±1.18)分,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论多学科协作支持的综合护理干预对慢性脑供血不足致头晕病人的临床疗效及对改善焦虑情绪的影响价值更加显著。

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention supported by multidisciplinary collaboration on patients with dizziness caused by chronic cerebral insufficiency and its impact value on improving anxiety.Methods:78 patients with dizziness due to chronic insufficiency of cerebral blood supply were included in the study.The patients visited the hospital from February 2018 to February 2020.According to the envelope method,78 patients with dizziness caused by chronic insufficiency of cerebral blood supply were divided into two groups:intervention group 1and intervention group 2.Intervention group 1(39 cases)patients received routine nursing intervention;intervention group 2(39 cases)patients received multidisciplinary collaborative support of comprehensive nursing intervention.HAMA score of Hamilton anxiety scale and good rate of dizziness symptom control in 2 groups were analyzed.Results:The excellent and good control rate of dizziness symptom in intervention group 2 was 94.87%,which was significantly higher than that in intervention group 1(74.36%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 1 month of nursing,HAMA score of Hamilton anxiety scale in the intervention group 2(6.64±0.13)was significantly lower than that in the intervention group 1(10.74±1.18),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention supported by multidisciplinary collaboration has a more significant effect on the clinical efficacy and the influence value on the improvement of anxiety in patients with dizziness caused by chronic cerebral insufficiency.
