摘要
工匠精神的三大维度包括“匠魂”“匠心”和“匠技”。工匠精神与思政教师所应具备的职业素养是一致的。培育新时代思政教师的工匠精神,首先要培育“匠魂”,以此来保证思政教师正确的价值观取向;其次要培育“匠心”,以此加强思政教师内在品质的修炼;最后要培育“匠技”,以此来促进思政教师业务能力的养成。在新时代背景下,要大力弘扬思政教师的工匠精神,使广大思政教师以“匠魂”立身、以“匠心”立教、以“匠技”立学,从而培育出一批优秀的思政教师队伍。
The three dimensions of craftsman spirit include"craftsman soul","craftsman heart"and"craftsmanship".The craftsman spirit is consistent with the professional qualities that ideological and political teachers should possess.To cultivate the craftsman spirit of ideological and political teachers in the new era,we must first cultivate the"craftsman soul"to ensure the correct values of ideological and political teachers;Second,it is necessary to cultivate"ingenuity"to strengthen the cultivation of the inner qualities of ideological and political teachers;and finally cultivate"craftsmanship"to promote the development of professional abilities of ideological and political teachers.In the context of the new era,it is necessary to vigorously promote the craftsmanship of ideological and political teachers,so that the majority of ideological and political teachers will uphold"craftsman spirit",teach with"ingenuity",and learn with"craftsmanship",so as to cultivate a group of outstanding ideological and political teachers.
