梁启超与中国近代史研究

Liang qi-chao and the studying of Chinese modern history

梁启超自20世纪初年开始就对鸦片战争以来的中国近代史进行研究,是中国近代史研究的开创者。梁启超研究近代中国历史的变迁,对中国近代思想的演变、中国近代学术的变迁等进行探讨,阐明了近代中国历史是一个进步的历史过程的观点。同时,梁启超还对中国近代重大事件展开研究,对太平天国运动、戊戌变法运动、义和团运动、辛亥革命等重大历史事件进行了学术梳理。梁启超对中国近代史的研究是他提出的“新史学”观念的成功实践,具有极为鲜明的特色。

Liang qi-chao starting to study Chinese modern history from beginning of 20th century was the pioneer in the investigation of Chinese modern history.Liang qi-chao came to conclusion that Chinese modern history was the course of progress by studying the Chinese social changes of modern history such as the expanding of Chinese nation,the developing of Chinese modern thought,and the evolution of Chinese modern learning.At the same time,Liang qi-chao studied historical events and historical personages in Chinese modern history,studying historical events such as the movement of TAIPING--TIANGUO,the movement of WUXU reforms,XIN-HAI revolutions,etc.evaluating historical personages in objective attitude such as Li hong-zhang,Yuan shi-kai,etc.The studying of Chinese modern history by Liang qi-chao was a successful practicing to his new historical thought,and with clear-cut characteristics.
