摘要 由于针织物拉伸变形的准确计算对于针织物平幅印染加工中张力的控制是至关重要的,以纬平针织物为研究对象,考虑低张力拉伸过程中纱线间相对滑动引起的线圈构型变化,基于滑动摩擦角建立针织物线圈拉伸变形模型。以3种规格纱线的纬平针织物为研究对象,计算沿纵行和横列方向的拉伸载荷与应变,并对针织物沿幅宽方向的收缩变形的不均匀性进行研究。结果表明,模型通过引入随线圈构型变化的摩擦角提高了载荷与应变的计算精度,计算结果与实测值的相对误差在9.8%之内,可有效地模拟针织物沿幅宽方向的不均匀变形。 The accurate calculation of tensile deformation of knitted fabric is crucial for the control of tension in the printing process of knitted fabrics.Taking the plain weft knitted fabric as the research object,the change of coil configuration caused by the relative sliding between yarns during the stretching process of low tension was considered,and the knitted fabric coil tensile deformation model based on the sliding friction angle was established.The tensile load and strain in the longitudinal and transverse directions were calculated for three types of yarns in weft-knitted fabrics.The inhomogeneity of the shrinkage deformation along the width direction was studied.The results show that the model improves the accuracy of load and strain calculation by introducing the friction angle that varies with the loop configuration,and the relative error between the calculated results and the measured values is within 9.8%,while effectively simulating the uneven deformation of the fabric along the width direction.
