摘要 为了在减小桥式起重机主梁体积的同时,提高其结构的可靠性与稳健性,提出了一种考虑可靠度的稳健优化设计方法。对主梁进行确定性优化设计与可靠性分析,在确定性优化模型的基础上,运用灵敏度法和蒙特卡洛法建立考虑可靠度的稳健优化模型,并运用评价函数法和外罚函数法将模型转换成单目标无约束问题,最后利用智能优化算法进行优化求解。研究表明,考虑可靠度的稳健优化设计在实现主梁体积下降8.26%的同时,保证结构的可靠性要求,并使优化结果的各项灵敏度绝对值得到了不同程度的降低,有效地弥补确定性优化的不足。 In order to reduce the volume of the girder of bridge crane and improve the reliability and robustness of the structure,a robust optimization design considering reliability was proposed.The deterministic optimization design and reliability analysis of the girder were carried out,then based on the deterministic optimization model,a robust optimization model considering reliability was established by using sensitivity method and Monte Carlo method,and the model was transformed into a single objective unconstrained problem by using the evaluation function method and the external penalty function method,the intelligent optimization algorithm was used to optimize the solution.The results suggest that the robust optimization considering reliability not only realizes the volume reduction of the girder by 8.26%,but also ensures the reliability requirements of the structure,and reduces the sensitivity of the optimization results to different degrees,effectively making up for the deficiency of the deterministic optimization.
