基于随机存储策略的四向车密集仓储系统作业性能评估 被引量:3

摘要 针对四向车密集仓储系统(four-way shuttle compact storage and retrieval system,FS-CS/RS)出入库性能评估复杂的问题,以作业时间为系统性能评估的基本指标,基于随机存储策略并考虑设备运行特性,分别建立托盘类ASRV(auto stored retrieval vehicle)四向车和提升机的作业时间解析模型和等效评估模型。仓库运作模拟仿真试验显示,两种模型均可实现系统性能的有效评估。相比解析模型,设备作业时间的等效评估模型求解更为简便快捷,最大误差可控制在10%以内且算法稳健性较好,对四向车密集仓储系统的规划设计具有参考价值。 Aiming at the complexity of the inbound and outbound performance evaluation of the four-way shuttle compact storage and retrieval system(FS-CS/RS),the analysis model and equivalence assessment model for operating time of auto-stored retrieval vehicle(ASRV)and hoists were established respectively.It was performed with the operating time as the basic indicator for system performance evaluation,and based on random storage strategies and considering equipment operating characteristics.Warehouse operation simulation tests show that both models can achieve effective evaluation of system performance.Compared with the analytical model,the equivalent evaluation model of equipment operating time is easier and faster to solve,the maximum error can be controlled within 10%and the robustness of the algorithm is better,which has reference value for the planning and design of FS-CS/RS.
