我国农村居民中医健康素养调查报告

Investigation Report of Chinese Rural Residents’Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Literacy

目的:为推进“健康中国”科普行动有针对性地展开,特做此调查以了解农村居民对中医保健知识的重视程度、需求情况。方法:这次调查所采用的方法为目的抽样和方便抽样相结合的方式,从4个不同的农村地区中,选择20~60岁的居民。选取了114人,其中男性48人,女性66人,男∶女=1∶1.38。将他们对中医的接受程度,对中医保健的需求程度和相应的中医素养进行整理及统计分析。结果:居民对中医保健知识的关注程度较高(73.68%)。能准确、全面地获取中医保健知识的居民偏少(16.66%)。对基本的中医保健知识的知晓率不高(50.66%)。结论:我国农村居民中医健康素养较低,对中医知识需求强烈。

OBJECTIVE To promote the“Healthy China”popular science action which was pertinently carried out,to under⁃stand the importance and needs of rural residents to Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)health care knowledge.METHODS The method of the survey was the combination of intention sampling and convenience sampling.From four different rural areas,114 resi⁃dents aged at 20~60 were selected,including 48 males and 66 females.The ratio of male to female was 1∶1.38.The degree of ac⁃ceptance of TCM,the degree of demand for TCM health care and the corresponding TCM literacy were sorted out and statistically an⁃alyzed.RESULTS The residents paid more attention to the knowledge of TCM health care(73.68%).Few residents could accurately and comprehensively acquire knowledge of TCM health care(16.66%).The awareness rate of basic TCM health care knowledge was not high(50.66%).CONCLUSION Chinese rural residents had a low TCM health literacy and a strong demand for TCM knowl⁃edge.
