针灸联合推拿治疗急性踝关节损伤疗效分析

Effect of Acupuncture Combined with Massage on Acute Ankle injury

目的:探讨针灸联合推拿治疗急性踝关节损伤的疗效。方法:将齐齐哈尔市铁锋区向阳村诊所2019年1月—2020年5月收治的34例急性踝关节损伤患者,按随机数字表法分为针灸组(n=18)和联合组(n=16)。两组患者均进行常规处理,针灸组行针灸治疗,联合组在针灸的基础上行推拿治疗。观察治疗前后的疼痛程度、肿胀程度变化情况,并对比两组患者临床疗效。结果:治疗7天后,两组患者VAS评分和肿胀直径比治疗前明显隆低,且与针灸组相比,联合组降低更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);针灸组治疗有效率为72.22%,联合组为87.50%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:急性踝关节损伤患者经针灸联合推拿治疗,可快速缓解其疼痛以及肿胀程度,疗效确切,值得临床上推广。

OBJECTIVE To study the effect of acupuncture combined with massage on acute ankle injury.METHODS 34 pa⁃tients with acute ankle injury treated in our hospital from January 2019 to October 2020 were divided into two groups by random dig⁃ital table method,and 18 cases and 16 cases in control group and observation group respectively.Both groups of patients were treated by routine treatment,the control group was treated by acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treat⁃ed by massage on the basis of the control group.It observed and compared the clinical effect of the two groups,and also it ob⁃served the change of pain degree and swelling degree before and after treatment.RESULTS Compared with control group(72.22)and observation group(87.50%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score and swelling diameter of the two groups were lower than before,and compared with the control group,the difference was statisti⁃cally significant(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Acupuncture combined with massage could relieve the pain and swelling of patients with acute ankle injury.
