基于CiteSpace国内白内障患者护理研究的可视化分析

Visualization Analysis Based on Domestic Cataract Patients in CiteSpace

目的:利用CiteSpaceV软件对我国近10年白内障护理领域的研究文献进行可视化分析,为我国相关领域的研究人员提供参考意见。方法:检索中国知网数据库2011—2020年白内障护理领域的相关研究文献,导入CiteSpace进行作者、研究机构及关键词可视化分析。结果:共纳入2470篇相关文献,整体发文量处于稳定状态;作者及机构共现分析显示,该领域缺少学术交流,尚未出现影响力较大的作者和研究团队;关键词中心性较强的是并发症、老年患者等;聚类显示研究主要包括心理护理、临床护理路径等护理方法及模式;突现词探测显示,目前研究热点为并发症、生活质量等。结论:建议护理人员加大对老年白内障患者的关注,增强对患者的护理力度,以提高患者护理满意度;针对并发症采取正确的护理措施,降低其发病率,提高患者生活质量;相关研究机构应促进临床护理路径的实施,以达到最佳康复效果。

OBJECTIVE To visually analyze the research literature of cataract nursing in recent ten years in China by using CiteSpacev software,so as to provide reference for researchers in related fields in China.METHODS CNKI database from 2011 to 2020 for relevant research literatures in the field of cataract nursing was researched,and imported CiteSpace was for visual analysis of authors,research institutions and keywords.RESULTS 2470 relevant literatures were included,and the overall number of pub⁃lished articles was stable.Co-occurrence analysis of authors and institutions showed that there was no academic exchange in the field,and no influential authors and research team had emerged.The key words with strong centrality were complications and elderly patients.Cluster analysis showed that the research mainly included nursing methods and models such as psychological nursing and clinical nursing pathway.The burst term detection showed that the current research hotspots were complications,quality of life.CON⁃CLUSION It was suggested that nursing staff should pay more attention to the elderly cataract patients,enhance nursing efforts,im⁃prove satisfaction with patients’care,take proper nursing measures according to complications,reduce incidence rate and improve quality of life.Relevant research institutions should promote the implementation of clinical nursing pathway to achieve the best reha⁃bilitation effect.
