青光眼患者患病体验的质性研究Meta整合

A Meta-synthesis Qualitative Research on the Illness Experience in Patients with Glaucoma

了解青光眼患者的内心需求和感受。对已出版的关于患者患病体验的质性研究进行系统评价。计算机检索4个中文数据库及9个外文数据库。检索时间为建库至2020年8月。采用澳大利亚循证卫生保健中心质性研究质量评价标准对文献逐条进行质量评价,最后运用Meta整合方法进行结果整合。共纳入14篇文献,提炼出24个研究结果,整合出患者对青光眼的认知和知识需求、应对方式和打破生活常态3个主题。青光眼患者缺乏疾病相关知识,其应对疾病的方式单一,而疾病严重影响患者生活,医护人员应该重视青光眼患者的内心需求,以提升患者的生存质量。

To understand the authentic needs and perception in patients with glaucoma,the research systematically reviewed published qualitative studies on patient experience.The authors searched four Chinese databases and nine foreign databases,to collect relevant qualitative studies from inception to August 2020.The evidence come from qualitative research literatures was synthesized using a Meta-synthesis after quality evaluation according to the JBI Evidence-based Health Care Center Quality Evaluation Criteria.A total of 14 literatures were included in the final synthesis.Three integrated results consisted of 24 research results were formed,which included cognitive and knowledge needs,and the coping styles,and disturbance for normal life.Glaucoma patients lack disease-related knowledge and deal with the disease in a single way,which seriously affect the life of patients.Medical staffs should pay attention to the authentic needs of glaucoma patients to improve their quality of life.
