摘要
针对目前废纸回收分类质量不高、激励不充分、处理不及时等主要问题,文章基于“互联网+”,提出以回收交易机为核心载体的社区废纸回收系统设计方案,以提高社区废纸回收的质量和效率。
In response to the current major problems of low quality waste paper recycling,insufficient incentives,and untimely processing,this paper introduced a community waste paper recycling system with a recycling transaction machine as its core.The whole idea is based on Internet+,and its purpose is to improve the quality and efficiency of community waste paper recycling.
