摘要
项目基于企业智能焊接生产线改造项目要求,依据生产线满足多样焊接产品需求,最终实现多种焊件的自动识别和焊接。生产线主要包括机器人焊接、视觉智能检测、工业机器搬运、自动流水线和立体仓库五个模块,实现16种以上不同种类焊件共线生产。能够满足企业多品种小批量个性化生产需求,有效减少企业焊接生产过程中焊件搬运、装夹和拆卸等时间;提高焊接生产效率、合格率等。采用模块化设计可以有效融入其他大型智能制造系统中。
This project is based on the requirements of the enterprise intelligent welding production line transformation project,according to the production line to meet the needs of a variety of welding products,finally automatic recognition and welding of various weldments are realized.The production line mainly consists of five modules:robot welding,visual intelligent detection,industrial machine handling,automatic assembly line and three-dimensional warehouse,more than 16 kinds of weldments can be produced in the same line.It can meet the personalized production needs of various varieties and small batches of enterprises,and effectively reduce the time of handling,clamping and disassembly of weldments in the process of welding production;Improve welding production efficiency and qualified rate.Modular design can be effectively integrated into other large-scale intelligent manufacturing systems.
