摘要
近年在国有企业改革发展的迅猛势头下,运营管理逐渐成为了重点工作,但在实际的管理中,仍存在诸多问题有待解决。基于国有企业的长远发展,文章将分析国有企业资本运营管理中有待解决的问题,从多个角度探索运营管理问题的解决策略,旨在帮助国有企业优化资本结构,推动运营相关工作发展,增强社会影响力。
Under the rapid momentum of reform and development of state-owned enterprises in recent years,operation management has gradually become a key task,but in the actual management,there are still many problems to be solved.Based on the long-term development of state-owned enterprises,the article will analyze the problems to be solved in capital operation management of state-owned enterprises and explore the solution strategies of operation management problems from multiple perspectives,aiming to help state-owned enterprises optimize their capital structure,promote the development of operation-related work and enhance social influence.
