摘要 某发电厂1号发电机为QFS2-300-2型双水内冷发电机,即定子线圈为水冷,转子线圈为水冷,定子铁芯为空气冷却。机组在正常运行中发生多次汽机7号瓦X、Y方向及ABS振动值振动值超标和电机断水保护动作跳机事故。经过运行分析认为1号机组7号瓦振动对转冷水温度变化敏感的特性和转冷水系统设计不合理的原因。文中针对多起事故进行阐述并提出优化改造方案,保证了机组的安全运行。 The No.1 generator of a power plant is QFS2-300-2 type double water internal cooling generator,that is,the stator coil is water-cooled,the rotor coil is water-cooled,and the stator core is air-cooled.During the normal operation of the unit,the vibration values of X,Y direction and ABS of steam turbine No.7 bearing exceeded the standard for many times,and the motor water cut-off protection action tripped.Through operation analysis,it is considered that the vibration of#7 bearing of#1 unit is sensitive to the temperature change of the cooling water and the reason for the unreasonable design of the cooling water system.In this paper,a number of accidents are described and the optimization scheme is proposed to ensure the safe operation of the unit.
