基于PLC及触摸屏的教室群门锁与照明灯智能控制系统设计 被引量:5

摘要 针对目前大部分高校仍存在教室无人但照明灯保持全亮的电能浪费现象,以及整栋教学楼的几十个教室需专人上下楼关灯与锁门的日常烦琐管理工作,提出了基于PLC及触摸屏的教室群门锁与照明灯智能控制系统设计方案.采用CPU226PLC、EM231和DZD-T4光照度传感器等设备设计了硬件电路,应用MCGS触摸屏设计了监控界面,并根据教室内的光照度、是否有人和上课时间协同作用条件设计了PLC控制程序.实验表明该设计能够较好地实现教室光照度满足要求以及无人时灯全灭、教室无人自动上锁和远程实时监控等功能,为高校教室照明灯和落锁的智能化管理提供一种可行方案. Currently,most colleges and universities still have the phenomenon of wasting electric energy.For example,the classroom lights remain fully on when nobody is in.It needs special personnel to go upstairs and downstairs for the daily management of turning off the lights and locking the doors.In view of the problems,based on PLC and touch screen,an intelligent control system of door lock and lighting for classroom groups is proposed.The hardware circuit is designed by using the CPU226PLC,EM231 and DZD-T4 illuminance sensors and the monitoring interface is designed by using the MCGS touch screen.The PLC control program is designed according to the illuminance in the classroom,the number of people in the classroom and the class time.Experiments show that the design can realize the functions of classrooms lights off,automatic locking of classrooms and remote real-time monitoring,which provides a feasible scheme for the intelligent management of classroom lights and locks in colleges and universities.
