摘要
“一带一路”倡议下,企业走跨国合作发展模式是主要趋势。跨国企业是我国“好”文化的承载者,跨国企业文化管理是解决文化差异与冲突的有效途径,是完善内部治理的重要手段和增强可持续发展竞争力的基本要素。跨国企业具有本质和一般的文化特征,需遵循一定的文化管理原则。现阶段跨国企业文化管理面临重视度不够、“本土化”水平不高、制度化不足和整合能力不强等主要问题,管理策略上需要将文化管理作为跨国企业经营的重要环节,构建“本土化”企业文化体系,依托跨国企业文化特征构建制度体系,并持续提升文化整合能力,发挥文化管理优势。
Under the Belt and Road initiative,transnational cooperation becomes the main trend for the development of companies.Multinational companies are the carriers of China’s“good”culture.The cultural management in multinational companies is an effective way to remove the cultural differences and conflicts as well as an important means to improve the internal governance and an essential element to enhance the competitiveness of sustainable development.Multinational companies enjoy some essential and general cultural characteristics and need to follow certain principles in cultural management.So far,the cultural management of multinational companies is facing such major problems as insufficient concern,low level of localization,insufficient institutionalization and weak integration ability.In terms of management strategies,it is necessary to take cultural management as an important link in the operation of multinational companies,construct a“localized”corporate cultural system,develop an institutional system based on the corresponding cultural characteristics,and continuously improve the ability of cultural integration and give full play to the advantages of cultural management.
