互联网背景下民营养老机构医养结合模式探索——以湖南魏源康复医院为例

Research on the Mode of Integrated Elderly Care and Medical Services in Private Elderly Care Institutions Under the Background of Internet——A Case Study of Hunan Weiyuan Rehabilitation Hospital

我国人口老龄化问题逐渐严峻,传统的养老模式表现出一定的不足,在发展中逐渐形成了医养结合的新型养老模式,养老机构也在互联网背景下获得新的发展思路。以湖南魏源康复医院为例,通过调研发现,民营养老机构医养结合模式陷入困境,出现如民众认知度不高、医护人员流动性大、缺乏标准化指导等问题,结合互联网背景,建议国家层面加大对民营养老机构医养结合模式的政策支持,并提出实现医养数据共享、加强专业队伍建设、促进保险机制融合、推广医养结合服务标准和规范等民营养老机构医养结合模式发展对策。

The problem of population aging in China is becoming more and more serious,and the traditional elderly care model shows some shortcomings.A new mode of integrated elderly care and medical services gradually comes into being with the development of the society and the elderly care institutions also gain new ideas of development under the background of the Internet.Taking Hunan Weiyuan Rehabilitation Hospital as an example and based on the results of the survey,the paper finds that many problems exist in the current mode of integrated elderly care and medical services in private elderly care institutions,such as low public awareness,high mobility of medical staff,lack of standardized guidance and so on.In view of these problems,combined with the internet background,the paper goes on to put forward the countermeasures:the promotion of national policy support,the realization of sharing medical care data through the Internet,the efforts for the construction of professional staff,the integration with insurance mechanism,and the promotion of the service standards and norms.
