The Concept of Developing the Talent Cultivating Ability in Application-oriented Colleges and Universities

应用型本科高校人才培养能力建设就是提高人才培养的能力,从数量与质量两个方面满足我国“制造强国”“高质量发展”的需要。然而应用型本科高校人才培养能力水平相对较低,因此需要全面、深刻认识与统筹应用型本科高校人才培养能力建设,形成合理的应用型本科高校人才培养能力建设的理念。在第四次教育革命与科技革命的背景下,加强人才培养能力建设,应用型本科高校应强化“立德树人,学生中心,OBE导向,持续改进”人才培养理念,实现人才培养能力提升。

The development of the talent cultivating ability in application-oriented colleges and university is to improve the ability of talents training and meet the needs of“manufacturing power”and“high-quality development”in China from the two aspects of quantity and quality.However,that ability is relatively low now in the application-oriented colleges and universities.Therefore,it is necessary to comprehensively and profoundly understand and consider the construction of the talent cultivating ability,and develop a sensible concept.Under the background of the fourth educational revolution and scientific and technological revolution,in order to strengthen the construction of talent cultivating ability,the application-oriented undergraduate colleges and universities are suggested to highlight the talent training concept of“fostering virtues through education,students-center,OBE-orientation and constant improvement”,to improve the talent cultivating ability.
