摘要
高时空分辨率和高灵敏度的荧光成像技术是一种新兴的活体可视化检测工具,广泛应用于分子生物学、细胞免疫学、微生物学以及肿瘤学等领域.由于有机荧光探针具有安全性高、生物相容性好、光学稳定性强等优点,目前已开发了一系列生物相容性好、具有易于修饰、调节光谱且易于被生物体代谢的有机小分子荧光探针,包括可见光区有机小分子染料以及近红外有机染料等.本文综述了近些年新型有机小分子荧光探针在2种肿瘤标志物检测中的研究进展.
Fluorescence imaging with high spatial-temporal resolution and high sensitivity provides a powerful tool for visualizing dynamic biological processes.Recently,fluorescence imaging is widely used in molecular biology,cellular immunology,microbiology and oncology.Organic fluorescent probes have high safety,good biocompatibility and strong optical stability.At present,a series of organic fluorescent probes have been developed,including polydopamine nanoparticles,organic small molecule dyes,near-infrared organic dyes,conjugated polymers and their nanoparticles.This paper reviews the recent research progress of organic small fluorescence probes in the detection of two tumor biomarkers.
