生态环境保护对西北地区经济发展影响研究

Study on Influence of Ecological Environment Protection on Economic Development in Northwest China

西部大开发的战略部署,对中国西北地区的现代化建设起到了关键作用。就西北地区目前的发展状况,尽管近年来西北地区得到较快的经济发展,但并不满足可持续发展的要求。从持续、长久角度而言,西北地区的发展还存在着不足,并且在经济发展的过程中的生态环境问题没得到解决。为实现可持续发展,西北地区应当对生态环境保护与经济发展的关系进行梳理,并以生态环境保护和经济发展齐头并进为目标,科学地规划城市区域、强化城市垃圾处理水平并加快西北地区第三产业的不断发展。

The strategic deployment of western development plays a key role in the modernization of northwest China.In view of the current development of northwest China,although northwest China has achieved rapid economic development in recent years,it does not meet the requirements of sustainable development.In terms of sustainable and long-term development,there are still deficiencies in the development of northwest China,and the ecological environment problems have not been solved in the process of economic development.In order to realize sustainable development,the northwest region should sort out the relationship between ecological environmental protection and economic development,and plan the urban area scientifically,strengthen the level of urban garbage disposal and speed up the continuous development of the third industry in the northwest region with the goal of going forward simultaneously with ecological environmental protection and economic development.
