脑血栓患者护理中实施优质护理干预的价值分析

Analysis of the Value of Implementing High-quality Nursing Intervention in the Nursing of Patients with Cerebral Thrombosis

目的评价优质护理指导脑血栓患者的效果。方法取62例脑血栓患者(2020年3月至2021年6月)以入院单双日(获得患者认可和同意)分为观察组(单日)和对照组(双日),观察组32例,对照组30例,分别施以优质护理与常规护理。比较两组护理效果。结果①观察组[93.75%(30/32)]满意度相较对照组[73.33%(28/30)]更高,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。②护理后3个月,观察组神经功能、生活质量均比对照组好,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。③观察组患者入院到接受溶栓时间明显比对照组短,恢复意识时间和平均住院时间都比对照组短,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。④观察组[9.38%(3/32)]患者经过护理以后的并发症发生率明显比对照组[36.67%(11/30)]更低,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。⑤观察组患者护理以后的HAMA评分、HAMD评分、PSQI评分改善真明显优于对照组,有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论对脑血栓患者实以优质护理提升其满意度,改善患者的神经功能与生活质量,降低并发症的发生率,促进患者的康复,改善患者的负面情绪和睡眠质量,建议将该护理应用在脑血栓患者的临床护理中。

Objective To evaluate the effect of high-quality nursing in guiding patients with cerebral thrombosis.Methods A total of 62 patients with cerebral thrombosis(from March 2020 to June 2021)were divided into observation group(single day)and control group(two days)on single and double days of admission(with patient approval and consent),and 32 cases in observation group,30 cases in the control group.Apply high-quality nursing and conventional nursing.To compare the nursing effect of the two groups.Results(1)The satisfaction degree of the observation group[93.75%(30/32)]was higher than that of the control group[73.33%(28/30)],and there was a statistical difference(P<0.05).(2)3 months after nursing the observation group's neurological function and quality of life were better than those of the control group,with statistical differences(P<0.05).(3)The observation group's time from admission to thrombolysis was significantly shorter than that of the control group,and the time to regain consciousness and average hospital stay were both compared with the control group,there is a statistical difference(P<0.05).(4)The observation group[9.38%(3/32)]patients complication rate after nursing have a significantly lower than the control group[36.67%(11/30)],statistically different(P<0.05).(5)The improvement of HAMA score,HAMD score and PSQI score of patients in the observation group after nursing was significantly better than that of the control group,with statistical difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with cerebral thrombosis,high-quality nursing can improve their satisfaction,improve their neurological function and quality of life,reduce the incidence of complications,promote the recovery of patients,and improve the negative emotions and sleep quality of patients.It is recommended to apply this nursing care to clinical nursing of patients with cerebral thrombosis.
