阶梯综合疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果

Effect of Ladder Comprehensive Therapy on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的分析阶梯综合疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择本院于2020年2月至2021年2月接收的膝关节骨性关节炎患者共80例,根据抽签法进行分组,每组40例,分别为观察组和对照组。对照组患者采取常规的临床方式进行治疗,观察组患者采取阶梯综合疗法进行治疗,收集两组患者在接受治疗过程中各项临床指标的改善状况,对比两组患者的临床治疗效果及膝关节恢复效果,统计和分析两组患者的疼程度,并持续关注患者在治疗过程中产生的不良情绪。结果观察组、对照组患者的临床治疗总有效率分别为97.50%、82.50%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组在接受治疗前及治疗中膝关节恢复情况对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组患者在接受治疗后的膝关节恢复情况明显更佳,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组患者在治疗前及治疗中的疼痛程度对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而观察组患者在接受治疗后的疼痛程度得到明显改善,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者治疗后的SAS评分、SDS评分、及膝关节功能评分明显优于对照组,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论阶梯综合疗法在膝关节骨性关节炎患者中的临床治疗效果显著,不仅可促进患者膝关节功能的恢复,而且可显著改善患者的疼痛程度、焦虑和抑郁情绪。

Objective To analyze the effect of ladder comprehensive therapy in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods A total of 80 patients with knee osteoarthritis in our hospital from February 2020 to February 2021 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to the drawing method,40 cases in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional clinical methods,while the patients in the observation group were treated with step-by-step comprehensive therapy.The improvement of clinical indicators in the treatment process of the two groups were collected,and the clinical treatment effect and knee joint recovery status of the two groups were compared.Finally,the pain of the two groups were statistically analyzed.Results the total effective rates of the two groups were 97.50%in the observation group and 82.50%in the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before and during the treatment of knee joint recovery,while the observation group had better knee joint recovery after treatment,with significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).At the same time,there was no significant difference between the two groups in the pain before and during treatment,while the pain of the observation group was also significantly improved after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ladder comprehensive therapy has significant clinical treatment effects in patients with knee osteoarthritis.It can not only promote the recovery of knee joint function,but also significantly improve the pain,anxiety and depression of patients.
