口腔种植修复对前牙牙列缺损患者修复成功率及对患者预后的影响

The Impact of Dental Implant Restoration on the Success Rate of Prosthodontic Dentition Defect and its Prognosis

目的探析前牙牙列缺损采取口腔种植修复的临床效果。方法选择2016年8月至2019年8月本院收治的26例前牙牙列缺损症患者为研究对象,根据修复方式分为常规组和治疗组,每组13例,常规组采取常规修复,治疗组采取口腔种植修复,比较两组患者修复效果。结果两组患者接受口腔种植修复后,治疗组总有效率92.31%,高于常规组53.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者修复前咀嚼功能、固定功能、语言能力评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组修复后患者咀嚼功能、固定功能、语言能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组并发症发生率7.69%,低于常规组并发症发生率46.15%,治疗组患者治疗满意度100%,高于常规组患者治疗满意度61.54%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论前牙牙列缺损采取口腔种植修复效果良好,能够改善患者语言、咀嚼以及固定功能,且能降低牙龈酸痛等并发症,提升外观满意度,安全性较高。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of oral implant restoration for anterior teeth defect.Methods A total of 26 patients with anterior dentition defect admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the restoration method,they were divided into a conventional group and a treatment group,with 13 cases in each group.The conventional group adopted conventional restoration.The treatment group adopted oral implant restoration,and the restoration effects of the two groups were compared.Results After the two groups of patients received oral implant restoration,the total effective rate of the treatment group was 92.31%,which was 53.85%higher than that of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of masticatory function,fixed function and language ability between the two groups of patients before restoration,the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).The scores of masticatory function,fixed function and language ability of the patients in the treatment group were higher than those in the conventional group after repair,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in the treatment group was 7.69%,which was lower than the complication rate of 46.15%in the conventional group.The treatment satisfaction of patients in the treatment group was 100%,which was 61.54%higher than that in the conventional group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of oral implant restoration for anterior dentition defects has a good effect,which can improve the patient's language,chewing and fixation functions,and can reduce complications such as gum soreness,improve appearance satisfaction,and have high safety.
